Who are my contacts during the life of the project?

Each project is based on a tripartite organization. A project manager and an artistic director are assigned to each project to best support the end customer. The project manager is the privileged interlocutor throughout the duration of the collaboration and the artistic director is the guarantor of the client's visual identity within the agency.

What are your confidentiality guarantees?

The dimension of confidentiality is at the heart of the agency's organization. All stakeholders at mprez are under confidentiality contracts. A confidentiality agreement can be signed on request at the beginning of the collaboration.

Do you take care of the search for visuals (iconography, illustrations, pictograms)?

Iconographic research is part of the agency's expertise: sourcing royalty-free visuals or buying art on behalf of clients.

Are you in a position to deliver emergency presentations?

Mprez offers a 24/7 service to its customers, with the possibility of intervening on night and weekend slots and thus respecting deliveries requiring returns within 24 to 48 hours. A price adjustment is applied for all urgent projects.

How long will it take to deliver my support?

On average, allow 2 to 4 weeks to arrive at a final version of a deliverable. This being an average, calendar adjustment options are possible to deliver certain projects expeditiously or to allow more time for collaboration.

Am I the owner of my support at the end of the collaboration?

Any deliverable made as part of a service is the full and entire property of the customer, as soon as the amounts indicated in the quotation have been paid in full.

How do I start a project with Mprez?

Do you only work with PowerPoint?

No, we are also working on Google Slides and Keynote to adapt to all requests. However, to date, PowerPoint remains the reference tool on the market for its advanced features, animations and the creative latitude offered to graphic designers.
